as i said, its just web standard really, of the top of my head, i can't think of a proper site that you can see topless women on it without a page wanting you to confirm if you're over 18. I'm just talking about the internet here, not the papers or anything.

The website's a bit buggered. Might be due to a traffic problem when it re-streams previous content. Rachel told me someone was looking into it now, as it is a new site it still has it's teething problems and such.
