My 256th post

For my 256th post I thought you would like to see a picture of a 1957 Freeman leverit from my collection of photographs of classic caravans and motor homes of the fifties.



Also to mark the occasion I have composed a clerihew in honour of Megan Moore:

For my 1,227th post I thought you would like to see a 1951 Bluebird from my collection of photographs of classic caravans and camper vans of the 1950s.






Well as I'm here I will take the opportunity to announce that Boyd Tunnock has asked me to assist with online promotional material from the Tunnock's Bakery (est 1890 Uddingston Lanarkshire) and I have agreed to do this. I will be starting a new thread for this material presently and it will include pictures and videos from the recent Tunnocks photoshoot in the Ayrshire resort of Largs.
As a little taster of what is to come here is a picture of a Tunnock's Teacake.






Finally to mark the occasion of this my 1,227th post, I would like to leave you with a clerihew that I have composed in honour of the gorgeous Charlie O'Neal.

Haven't seen anything as good as that since I last visted the breakers yard.

I do like a Tunnock's teacake from time to time. I'll have to buy some tomorrow now.
