so that a new channel coming soon to freeview cant confirm if it any think to do with ch45 yet any one now what it is?

Sorry no you don't have news. But I posted on the website have a look at the comments box, it should be sorted out soon as I have had a response from my post.

That website is incorrect its on mux D.

Just checked yet again it is 100% for a fact on MUX D

Five USA and Five USA +1 will be rebranded as 5 USA and 5 USA +1 from the 7th of March, 2011.

In addition, Fiver and Fiver +1 will be rebranded as 5* and 5* +1 on the same date

About time they did that if you ask me it will mean more people will tune in to watch those channels now that there going to be 5 usa instead of five usa, the old one was just too much to write down and say man. And i bet they payed someone thousands to think of it as well

This was 100% confirmed for march 7 rebrand ages ago. We knew this was happing a few pages back in this thread. I already posted the 5*rebrand and you posted the 5usa one and both posts where correct then as they are now. Broadcast now the previous source used is also good confirmation as they are never wrong.

Today Channel 5 updated there channel dog to a more reasonable toned down version. The version they started using monday was just too bright. But they have now updated it, started using another new version and it is more easy on the eye now.

ITV1+1 has now become ITV1 +1

Notice the space added.

Bit pointless if you ask me.

1- SM Thriller/HD (335) moves to 336
1- SM Drama & Romance/HD (336) moves to 337
1- SM Sci-Fi & Horror/HD (337) moves to 338
1- SM Modern Greats/HD (338) moves to 339
1- SM Indie/HD moves to 345

All 3 Sky channels (Sky News, SKY THREE & Sky3+1) have reduced the bit rate of their main audio channel from 192kbps stereo to 128kbps joint stereo. There is no change to video bit rates and resolutions which are still 720x576.
