Best wrestling game in your opinion?

i just wondered what wrestling game people liked the most, preferably keep it to ps2 games, but if you really like a game on ps3 or xbox, then say that one

my favourite one is smackdown: just bring it (the first one on ps2) only because you could have 8 wrestlers in the royal rumble

I prefered No Mercy on the N64
Also Giant Gram Wrestling 2000 on the Dreamcast

im sorry people but im guna disagree...the whole smackdown series i didnt enjoy, my favorite wrestling game was wwe attitude, the gameplay was awesome, the graphics at the time was good, but wcw mayhem came a close second for me!

the best wrestling game ever is wwf no mercy on the n64, the smackdown series is very overated

I spent months playing Attitude on PS1. I also enjoyed Smackdown 2. (I think, hard to remember now)

The "Create-A-Wrestler" modes were immense, and The Rock was at his peak back then. I haven't had any wrestling games since.

...Now I'm in the mood, that might change.

Of course not. Loved Attitude, Smackdown (2 and vs. Raw 2006) but No Mercy is probably my favourite.

WWF Royal Rumble on the Dreamcast allowed nine

It has to be No Mercy and WCW/NWO Revenge. There pretty similar but No Mercy is slighty better.
