You might wanna check again.
Chris Lytle, Style: Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Fights 53 Wins 30 Losses 18
KO Wins 3 Losses 2
Submission Wins 21 Losses 0
Decision Wins 6 Losses 16
Draws 5
Over the last 5 years he's fought some good opponents.
Matt Serra 1-1 both decision.
Matt Brown 2 submission wins.
Marcus Davis decision loss, something for Hardy to look at given Davis's style.
Josh Koscheck decision loss.
Thiago Alves TKO loss.
Matt Hughes decision loss.
Not the best opponent for Dan Hardy given his recent record, yes Lytle will engage in a great fight but he could also look at what 2 of Hardy's last 3 opponents have done & decide to go straight to the ground???
Training fulltime with Roy Nelson is a good move for him as 'Big country' like Dan is a top kicks & punches striker but is also a BJJ black belt under Renzo Gracie & more important for Hardy's learning Nelson is an expert at using his body to control his opponent, something that Dan Hardy needs to learn & fast especially give the nature of his next opponent. Lets hope Roy Nelson's tutelage hasn't come too late!!!
Stephan Bonnar v Karlos Vemola could be a good fight, Vemola is 1-1 in the UFC 8-1 overall & I remember he looked good in his first UFC win in Germany.
Mate I'll give you your GSP post but this Can'twin shit is gonna have to stop!!!

RE: UFC
Good point mate.I didn't realise he had so many wins by sub.He used to be a Pro Boxer and is known for having some top tear up wars in the cage which is the reason Hardy asked for the fight.Seems to me like there's an agreement between the two that this is gonna be a stand up war.
Can't see Lytle taking Hardy to the deck like GSP and Johnson did.Dana White says he expects it to be one of the fights of the year. It's headlining the event so let's hope it's a top fight.Lytle has never been knocked out or submitted so Hardy's got his work cut out again with this.Like u say Mitchell Lytle's no stranger to a good fighter.Although he's lost any time he's fought the top lads.
If Nick Diaz has beaten Chris Lytle...The Outlaw should have no problem
You seem to have a dislike for my favourite fighters Mitchell You want Diaz to beat GSP,You want Dos Santos to beat Carwin!!!Where does this madness end lad!
My Top 5 (So u can note them down and say they're gonna lose when they next fight)
1.GSP
2.Shane Carwin
3.Dan Hardy
4.Thiago Alves
5.BJ Penn

I see him winning this though.
I meant to type three but came up with four for reasons I don't know!
Here's my Favourite Four Fighters (try saying that when you are pissed!) past and present. My number one pick is a lock while my number two to four fighters could be ranked in a different order if you were to ask me any other day.:
1. Randy Couture
2. Chuck Liddell
3. Georges St. Pierre
4. Wanderlei Silva
After two years I've finally given myself an avatar and a signature as well! It's like a bus, you wait for one for ages and two come at once!

GSP is the best fighter around but I think Nick Diaz has a good chance of winning the fight should it happen, Shane Carwin on the other hand is somewhat of a one trick donky, proven in his fight against Brock Lesnar, I can see Junior dos Santos beating him as Carwin won't have fought in 11 months & dos Santos is already training for a fight with the power house Lesnar so he'll be working on his BBJ to enable him to have an attack while Lesnar is on top & this will give him the edge over Carwin as he'll have a plan B mindset to Carwin's stand & bang for 2 minutes till I'm fucked attitude.
I don't know why the top 5 is comming out all of a sudden but for a first go I'll say in no particular order.
Quinton " Rampage" Jackson
Vitor Belfort
Georges St-Pierre
B.J. Penn
But there's also.
Forrest Griffin
Chuck Liddell
Randy Couture
Tito Ortiz
Rich Franklin
Lets not forget some of the pioneers of the sport & UFC organization.
Dan Severn Born June 8, 1958 (52) next fight May 20, 2011
Fights 123 Wins 99 Losses 17
Knockout Wins 16 Losses 2
Submission Wins 60 Losses 8

Including a 24 fight unbeaten streak 21 wins 3 draws.
Ken Shamrock
Fights 45 Wins 28 Losses 15
Knockout Wins 2 Losses 9
Submission Wins 23 Losses 4
Decision Wins 3 Losses 2
Draws 2
The man himself!!!
Royce Gracie
Fights 20 Wins 14 Losses 2

Royce Gracie is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist, a UFC Hall of Famer and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. A legend and pioneer in the sport of mixed martial arts, he is widely considered to be the most influential figure in the history of modern MMA.
Gracie gained fame for his domination in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He became known for beating opponents much larger than he was, and between 1993 and 1994, he was the tournament winner of UFC 1, UFC 2, UFC 4, and fought to a draw with Ken Shamrock in the championship match in the Superfight at UFC 5. Gracie popularized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and revolutionized mixed martial arts with his results contributing to the movement towards grappling and cross-training in the sport.
He holds the most submission victories in UFC history with 11, which he earned between UFC 1 and UFC 4.

RE: UFC
Back in the tournament days of The Ultimate Fighting Championships fighters like Gracie, Severn & Shamrock used to fight up to 3 time a night like in some of the Pride tournaments, I've been watching the UFC since 1993 when I was shown it on video by one of my then mates, I remember thinking it was crazy with fighters wearing anything from trainers to 1 boxing glove & there was Royce Gracie in his, as Dan Hardy would say pyjamas.
Looking at them now some people may think their shit but back then it was like nothing you'd ever seen & the fights were crazy, you'll probably remember guys like the supreme athlete that was Tank Abbott & Wesley "Cabbage" Correira just going at it like 2 piss heads in the early days of the Zuffa era, when I've got time I'll look for some of the UFC 1,2,3 etc etc stuff, their not easy to find due to the copy right issue.
Royce Gracie UFC 1
v Art Jimmerson

V Ken Shamrock

Final v Gerard Gordeau

There's a few good vids on the right but I don't know how many will play, the Gracie v Shamrock UFC 5 draw's on there, check out the 600lbs Sumo Vs 169lbs MMA fighter, talk about cat & mouse The first comment "He must have mistaken the UFC with the KFC"
