Sorry I haven't posted for a while, I've had a very agonising week with my neck. I slept on it funny, effectively being in 'fking' terrible pain for the whole of the week, from last Thursday.

It's been taking me ages to get up from sleeping or lying down. I was looking like the guy of the febreeze ad, literally stuck to the floor until I could free myself from it..LOL.

Anyway, while this 'pain in the neck' has been resolving itself, I have been busy with my mate, redesigning my website.

I'm well pleased with it now, comments welcome, even comparisons can be made with old design.

I'll be back on your screens as soon as my neck has fully recovered. Until then feel free to visit my website.
