Ive never seen an episode or stenders or corrie, thats why i like big bro, and its my 'soap' Ive always liked it. But also like that it has an ending each year, shame the soaps dont!

The celeb version starts 10th Aug on Ch 5 the normal version starts in September and runs untill Christmas

There's been two decent BB. BB5 with Jason and Victor and BB6 with Makosi and Derek and all the backstabbing and arguing. The rest of them have been boring. I hardly watched the last couple of series.

Well at least they have the timing right, which noob decided summer was best for it.

Use to speed the summer on too quickly, no sooner had they entered then the winner was announced.

Though jan to march would be better, never nothing on then.

1 - 5 (except bb4) where good. BB2 had Brian, bubble and those, BB3 had Jade, Kate Lawler etc (probbaly the best)

was a fan up to series 4. couldn't stand i must spend 3 hours on my fake tan and grooming jason or fo vizzle ma chizzle victor can i have some milk please....
in 4 they had an ok cast but got rid of all the potential winners within the first few weeks leaving a boring house full of plane janes and a religious freak. they got rid of the only free spirit in anushka after only 8 days because they had a day 1 nomination. which set the tone for the rest of the series, a clique formed and if you were out side of it you had no chance of getting in and would be next out the door... it really was horrendous to watch them ostracizing 1 after another then they were left with i live at home with my mum and have never had sex camaron...

the only 3 winners i actually liked were craig, kate lawler, brian dowling and anthony.
my fave none winners were orlaith, bubbles, aislyne, and jonny

hopefully channel 5 will fill the house with young free spirits that will give the show a new sexy lease of life. as opposed to channel 4s pro gay anti hetro show that was literally filled with the weirdest fuckups from the fringes of no normal society
i really did get pissed at the show for the last 3 series, if any 1 decided to flash a boob the directors panned away but if 1 of the gay guys was parading in his mankini they would zoom in on him and keep on him till he either stopped or covered up.... like i said pro gay, anti hetro...
seriously if they want viewers they will have to sex up the show a lot and hopefully they will give propper access to the cams via the web so we can watch the people we want to not the feeds they produce for tv. as they did for series 1

well how else would you explain, when the girls flashed there tits the cam panned away... even on the after watershed shows... for instance if the girls were in the shower and 1 removed her top, cut to the bedroom to see craig fawning over anthony. he wasn't actually doing anything other than following him with his eyes, while he got changed..
then when he bent over in his skivvies the cam zoomed up his ass crack..

this show was ment to be a sociological and psychological experiment and it turned into pro gay propaganda, also the fact that they deliberately marginalized the hetro male viewers by not allowing the girls to be show naked or in any compromising situation which until series 4 was fine. any hetro relationship was jumped on and derided and was seen as a big no no, yet when graig fawned over anthony it was celebrated as unrequited love...

the reason i keep going back to them two is that is when channel 4 lost any credibility as far as big brother was concerned. after 2005 it became a freak circus, with each gay housemate having to out gay the previous years.
but if they had a girl on that was confident in her own skin she got little or no air time and was booted off sharpish...
oh yeah you could asy sophie dogface won, but did she really... the girl had ok looks but boy was she boring. she played it safe all of the time and if it wasnt for the fact she took on the name dogface for a task she would never have won. again c4 had plenty of opportunity to pander to the hetro male audience with her as she claimed to be a topless model. but as soon as dogfaces puppys came out there was no coverage at all... we had to wait till after the show finished to see her in her glory so to speak...

so yeah i will stick with my channel 4 is hetrophobic point of view thank you...

Trouble is. if you don't get freaks and use more normal people you get bb4.

not necessarily. they had normal people in bb2 and 3, bb4 had there fair share of circus performers... it was the most boring because they deliberately chose more introverted people. add in some religious nuts and you have a recipe for a very judgmental clique which is what happend...
remember at the time they were still doing psychological analysis

as its running on channel 5 i cant see any overnight coverage as they will much prefer to show there online roulette

They were definately pro-gay. I think some of the producers were gay and perving over the men. They always used to have tasks where men had to dress up as women. Every year this would happen.
