I'm not sure who you sent a message to, but I'd advise sending a PM to the forum admin as he's the one who's making the various posts relating to the prizes.

He states a few posts above that to claim your prize you need to click on the banner and sign up to Fantasy Village. I presume you've done this and are still having difficulties. How it works exactly I don't know...not having won a prize at all, or even been close...

You sent an email 10 days ago on this subject and it was answered a few minutes later, so I don't know why you didn't receive that. Perhaps you could check your spam filter etc to see if you did receive the email after all.
