Tammy Taylor is correct but the reason is painfully close to being right but not quite there. You are so close to getting it, have a look at the other names from start to end

I'm guessing it's Siobhan Hughes because she has all the vowels in her name.

OH MY GOD I GOT IT! the first letter and the last letter is the same Dannii harwooD, both D, Ella joliE, both E etc
