I asked about a refund on Dec 19th, and was told epoch were sorting it.
I've now given up,
this is too little too late.
I say leave it to the big boys, the sites that are up and running and working well.
leave the girls on them, that's were I am!, if the girls come back again, I wont bother following, so the girls lose out too.

overall, good idea, but let down by a crap site, crap service, crap comms.
now its too late!, I'm happy where I am!

That's your perogative... I swear sometimes it's like I've just declared war on you and your family, instead of actually just having to take time away to improve a service before offering it back to you guys. Sorry if a brand new webcam site going down after a couple of weeks is the end of the world for you, but we still have 2000 people signed up looking to use the new one.

I've just replied. To be honest, I was waiting until we had some kind of definitive answer or plan of action with this. People should've been able to arrange a refund through Epoch, alternatively I can transfer remaining credits from the old one onto the new on, if you PM me your old username.

the billing website wouldn't let me top up after my first payment drained.
Gutted

Ah yeah i had that problem

still 13.69 for about 20 mins wasnt bad cheaper than phoning her and got to see her in stockings and underwear as well

The idea is at the moment we're trying to get 1 show out per day, but it's quite hard to nail down a specific daytime girl every day, so we will occasionally be putting girls on from other shows we run.

Shanti will be on this afternoon 1:30-3:30, and Amber will be on again later tonight from home at 7pm!

Note: All shows during the day this month, unless otherwise stated, will be 1:30-3:30pm. We have a small problem with the scheduling system on the site at the moment in that it doesn't allow half hour increments, so the site will say 1-3, which is slightly incorrect. We're working to get them the people behind the system to change it.

TO ANYONE THAT HAD PROBLEMS TOPPING UP THEIR ACCOUNT THROUGH CCBILL.

This is an ongoing issue that we're talking to CCBill about. It's basically a security measure that CCBill employ, so that people can't take out multiple subscriptions to the same site in the same day, it's fraud protection of sorts.

For now, all we can say is make sure you top up your account with enough funds for the day, or few days if you intend to keep using it, because if you run out you won't be able to top up again for 24-48 hours, with the current issue.

As I say, we're speaking to CCBill at the moment to try and get the rules relaxed a bit in our case.
