anyone use the mysky website?

i am getting a little frustrated by the site - https://mysky.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/mysky

when i sign in i am asked for my address, post code and viewing number. i click on submit and nothing happens. so i reload the main page and see i am logged in.

now i click on billing center and reach a screen telling me i am not a primary user. so i click on upgrade your account. again i am asked for my adress and viewing card number and i click on submit. now the page reloads and i have to fill the same thing out.

and thats as far as i get. i page just reloads over and over again.

does it work for anyone else?

i want to cancel channels but i dont want to phone the fuckers.

Could it be a browser issue? Not sure what browser your using but maybe try a different one?

tried with firefox and still nothing although they wanted me to fill in two surveys. wankers

My mate has had the same thing- he has been trying to get Sky HD orderedonline but cant get past this screen . He wanted to do it online as he said the deal was better. When I phoned up for it it took me ages to get through and when I booked it I was told it would be at least 6 weeks to get it installed - I think the site is down because of this and they want you to phone in- The offer is a good one though
