Calling Sin TV - Phone Issues

tried to phone Kara today when she was on the xstream doing naughty chat show but could not get through to her,
i phoned the number on the web site on the xstream page expecting to just hit option 1 to speak to her as the info on the web page said she was potion 1, but when i got to the menu it asked me for her pin number, no idea,
option 1 was just a list of off screen girls and option 2 for if you new who u wanted to talk to, so tryed hitting 1 as it said this was Kara's number but it just took me to an off screen girl
can some one who has phoned the xstream tell me what i did wrong don't want to wast my money again,

I tried to phone Dionne on Friday and the number did not work hopefully this is fixed soon can't really have a babe show with phone lines that do not work.
