RIP Caroline Aherne
It has just been announced that Caroline Aherne has died of cancer at the age of 52 RIP one Britain's brightest comediennes - most famous for Mrs Merton. To lose her and Victoria Wood in space of a few months is a real blow for British Comedy. Thank you Caroline for making us laugh and cry at the same time.
