Posting Caps

Can someone tell how you can put caps up on here please ??? Sydney looking amazingly gorgeous today ???

My method uses 3 easy steps

1. Capture the image. I use Screenhunter6
2. Crop and resize the image via your PC's Microsoft Picture Manger
3. Upload the images onto an image hosting site. TV Girls Gallery

You can then copy the 'Hotlink for Forum' and just paste it into your post.
