Newcomer Of The Year 2024 (Prelim Round)

well its that time of year again when the awards start to be voted for and as ever i will start with who has made the best debut on the babe channels this year

for any new members or those who have forgotten this is who has won this in the past and how it works i have listed some info below, this is the 13th year of the contest, every girl who has won this has gone on to be a big star on the shows, so can we get it right again Cool

in 2011 we named Jennifer Jade (RLC)

in 2012 we named Olivia (RLC)

in 2013 we named Electra (RLC)

in 2014 we named Kara De La Hoyde (XF/66)

in 2015 we named Natt (BS)

in 2016 we named Nicole Snow (XP/BS)

in 2017 we named Atlanta Moreno (BS)

in 2018 we named Saskia Jade (BS/66)

in 2019 we named Jamie Jones (66)

in 2020 we named Grace Elisabeth (66)

in 2021 we named Yasmin Lou (66)

In 2022 we named Scarlett Wild (BS)

In 2023 we named Roxy Winters (BS)

who is eligible,
For a girls debut it's counted from when a girl debuts on TV,
this should give every girl the chance to get time to shine and build a fan base as most girls do some time on the web before doing tv,
if a girl you want to pick works on a web only channel then that's fine she can still be picked ,

1)any girl who has debuted on TV between 4/11/23 & 4/11/24 can be entered,Important to be clear this is not girls who have changed channels but girls who have never been on TV/web before there debut Important

2)for the first round give your 8 top girls, put them into your preferred order with your number one choice getting 8 points and your 8 choice getting 1 point, if there is a tie then a short 1 day play off will be run,

3)round 2 will be a seeded draw top 4 seeds v bottom 4 seed this will continue through to the final, so to be clear 1v8 , 2v7, 3v6, 4v5, in the event of a tie the number of 1st place votes a girl got in round 1 will be used, then 2nd and so on until they are split,

4)only people who were members before 1st November 2024 can enter, this is to help stop people from making a duplicate account to give their fave girl more votes Important

Important the first round will be open until 2359 on 12th November Important after this each round will be open for 1 day less than the one before,

Important just saying again this contest is for girls who have never been on the shows before not ones who are new to a Channel important

if you see one of the girls listed in anyone's list who is not qualified point it out as it will help me Important i dont watch the day shows so dont really know all the girls

It's really tough to pick this years nominees.

I'm looking for girls who have been on at least ten shows and is still working on the shows.

I'd planned to use Darcy, Vixen, Kiah, Ivy Boudiour and Kat Ryder. All of which appeared on the shows before November last year.

I can only find four girls to nominate.

1. Harriet Murphy who started on the shows on December 1st 2023
2. Mari Jayne who's been on So Spoilt since September.
3. Emma Gallardo, 1st post about her on December 24th last year
4. Pryanka, started last month and puts on webshows like they used to be in the days of old

Worst year ever for Newbies, BS have been lazy, picking up ex-babes/retired from previous channels, or XP.

Do the rules allow International Newbies, I have quite a few contenders if they are eligible.

I would say that it has been probably one of the quietest years for Newbies and I'm wondering is it because a lot of Newbies don't often plan on staying on for long and wondering also if that is because some may/are use/using it as extra tool for extra money and only do it as & when they need the money.

I think that's why newbies come and go so often, I'm sure many of us have seen it happen a lot this year, the odd one - off newbie appearance and haven't seen that girl since.

Only newbie I can think of appeared last night again Jessie Rae, like the look of her. But has she and anybody else really earned the "of the year" title, like Roxy last year. Nope.

Too add to that, I'm not certain if she's done 10 shows as of now as she does 2 shifts a week. On my end, no one sticks out to me, I would normally have a name in previous years. But any flash of the pan at the start of the year are no longer there..

Trawling through Charle's A-Z, I've come up with the following possible contenders: Roo Morgue, Olivia Eden, Emma Nord, Lulu on Expanded. If Emma Nord did start in March 2024 she would be a big contender. Trouble is I watch mainly on the web, so I don't know how many of them count as TV babes. TV is a big restriction. Like Boomer I could probably reel off a list of eligible international web babes.

A longlist would certainly be handy for this category.

Sorry, the A-Z was incorrect. Emma started in March23. I've amended the post.

Yes definitely, the international shows is what I was thinking about when stated in opening post that if a girl works on a channel with no TV she can still be nominated
