World Track Cycling Championships
Just started from Santiago in Chile.
I'm watching it on BBC I Player.

The GB Women have reached the Team Sprint Final where they will face Netherlands for Gold.

And the Men have followed suit to make their final against yes you've guessed it...... Netherlands Wink.

The GB Women's Team Pursuit quartet will go for bronze against Belgium later on. They got beaten by Germany in what was effectively a semi final.

It's a silver for GB's Katie Archibald in the Women's Elimination Race won by Lara Gillespie of Ireland.

Disappointment for Emma Finucane in the Women's Sprint. Knocked out 2-1 in the quarter finals for an infringement relegation in the third and final race.

All the more impressive seeing as Ireland does not have a velodrome.
