After midnight, yes, but not before and not after 5.00am. It used to be allowed midnight to 5.30am (on both BS1 and BS2). That means we've lost a whole hour of full nudity.

BS2 5.00am - 5.30am has been removed from freeview, and BS1 5.00am - 5.30am is now topless only. It looks like SKY viewers have lost out too.

I don't know what the broadcasting code says, it's just what I've observed.

Well Jada's just been fully naked from 10:30 to 11:30 and that isn't between midnight and 5.00am.

Yes I am a witness to this. Wasn't Lori naked on another channel at the same time? Or was that later?

I have to agree with you there , i am lucky enough to have Sky and i got to see Camilla totally naked tonight just after 10pm on BS1 , us Sky viewers used to have to wait till after 12 am before we could see naked girls on BS1 because of OFCOM's discrimination towards freeview and their no nudity rule before 12am on freeview .

Ofcom's Participation TV Consultation document clearly stated that BS's Freeview channels are not subject to the Broadcasting Code as they are licensed in Holland, not the UK.

What evidence is there that Ofcom are responsible for BS's continuing anti-Freeview discrimination? (Which isn't limited to the nudity issue.)

I have not see any evidence that OFCOM are responsible for the freeview discrimination , i just took it for granted that they were responsible , if it is not them it must be the licence granted in Holland that must be at fault , maybe nudity is not allowed till after midnight on a Dutch 16 cert freeview licence , can't see Cellcast discriminating against Freeview unless they are ordered to by the powers that be , then again they have just sold the 10-11 BS1 hour that they used to have on channel 96 "AL Jazeera"tv freeview channel89 so anything is possible .
