Is this a discussion forum or a suck-up zone?

I think the reason people are fairly reseved, as regards negative comments about the girls, is because it's much harder to be nasty about someone when there's a fairly good chance that they'll be able to read your comments and have a go at you as well.

Bear in mind, I don't say this to imply cowardice or two-facedness on the part of the many people who frequent these boards; merely that the overwhelming majority of members are good people, with enough common sense to realise that reading something nasty about themselves would feel crappy and therefore have no wish to inflict that on others.

So far this forum has been incredibly lucky with the quality of it's members and the posts those members make and long may it continue. The welcoming attitude and friendly nature of the chat is what has made the majority of girls feel comfortable enough to join up and interact directly, dealing with any problems they may encounter by way of a quiet, non embarrassing PM, rather than heavy handed threats and solicitors letters.

As such, this means that most of the members here see the girls as real people doing a job, rather than as distant objects of desire who occassionally threaten individuals that wish to express their like of a particular girl or channel by sharing a few pictures, videos or links.

All in all, I think nice is the operative word here. The majority try to play nice, which is what makes this board such a nice place to be. Trite I know, but as true as it's possible to be when subjectively discussing the general attitudes of hundreds of people, most of whom are total strangers to one another.

I agree, not everbody has the same taste in the opposite sex ! i dont think there is a woman in the world who all guys fancy lol !!! if there is im first in the queue to do her !! he he ! After all my years in porn ive had hundreds of abusive emails and hate mail etc, it comes with the job ! but luckily the amount of nice emails and comments out weigh the bad, otherwise i think i would have quit years ago ! im sure there are guys on here who id fancy and im sure there are also guys on here who would make me vomit but fortunatly for them they can hide behind a keyboard and pretend thay look like brad pitt coz they dont have hundreds of pics of them all over the internet for people to do a search on !
there are some girls my other half likes the look of and i think they are vile and visa versa, we all have differant likes and dislikes, thats what makes the world go round ! beauty is definatly in the eye of the beholder.
its only when you get trouble makers with a personal issue starting to slag models off on forums that it becomes a problem ! ive had guys slag me off on all forums just because when they contacted me for free sex i wouldnt do it !!!lol !!!! errrr wonder why !!!
yes we are normal girls who have normal lives and familys but just a slightly unusual job, we do have feelings too but as i said everybody has their own taste ! just wish i could see pics of all you guys so i can post up which ones i think are mingers !!!

Not a lot of brown nosing on here and a lot of the models on here give as good as they get(Alex,Ana & Sasha being three I can think of)

It seems that surreysub has very little knowledge of this forum, as you can find criticism of girls almost anywhere you look. If he thinks that only positives can be mentioned here, he must be in a world of his own and quite unaware of the forum going on around him.

As for his claim that nothing bad can be said here, hopefully Red and others have educated him into understanding that it's not really what's said but how it's said. On the other hand, if by "nothing bad can be said" he actually means nothing hateful or abusive can be said, then he is probably right about that.

surreysub's other misconception is that people who are tactful about what they say are sucking up to the girls. Not so, of course, and as speedybert has said there is very little sucking up to be found in this forum. The fact that surreysub cannot see the difference between sensible and tactful behaviour on the one hand and sucking up and the other hand, is something that may tell us a lot about surreysub as a person, but unfortunately it doesn't contribute much to discussion about how this forum should work.

After reading the alleged counter-arguments I'm still not convinced. The way people were going into panic mode and damage control during the infamous "least favourite girls" thread made me realise this was mostly a forum for brown-nosing.

No one forces these girls to do this job (perhaps not counting some of the Eastern Europeans on Hotel Voyeur.....allegedely) and they choose to go on TV, get their breasts out and wiggle around in an attempt to get people to call them at premium prices while they say charming things like "come and bang me in all my holes babe and shoot your load in my c*nt". They put themselves out there and thus should be fair game for criticism.

Yes there was a need for damage control in that thread, it is true.

But surely surreysub, it does not come as a surprise to find that most people in this forum have more tact and decency than you?

I define tact and decency by the way I conduct myself in life, not in my ability to want to be "friends" with glamour models/porn stars on an internet forum.
