As my previous post pointed out, looking younger (and shorter) than your age is symptomatic in children with aspergers - not adults.
This means that children with aspergers will often look younger (and/or shorter) than their age - just for clarification
Adults with aspergers have no distinguishing physical characteristics at all (at least not linked to aspergers anyway).
Your lack of understanding of this point is an example of precisely why people shouldn't self diagnose using the internet

However, you know bring up another point. By all means, some people with autism may look younger than their age - but so will plenty people without autism. The point of looking younger is not directly linked with autism.
And FYI - while they are both part of the autistic spectrum (or pervasive developmental disorders) autism and aspergers are not the same thing. Your original point was in regards to aspergers - your point now (having checked wrongplanet I would imagine ) is stating autism. In order to avoid possible conflict/misunderstandings, it would help if you stayed consistent to your point and knew what you meant to begin with

I have read adults with aspergers tend to look younger...I do not know any medical evidence for children or adults. I woudl sya I have aspergers looking at symptoms rather than autism but as far as I can tell aspergers is on the autism spectrum? So, there should be similarities? Anyway Im not bothered either way. This was all just a simple joke.

That's simply people asking if people looking young and it happens to be on an autism forum - and there are as many people saying they don't as say they do. This is common with people in general, not aspergers or autisic people. You're hardly pointing me in the direction of recognised data.

I said people in forums are quoting looking young more than 50/50. Of couse the study suggest less.

But what % of non aspergers adutls look young?

If it was totally unrelated there would be no/minimal discussion on the subject.

The fact its a widely discussed subject means there must be some correleation?

Search weight and aspergers and there is minimal discusion and no correletion.

Many suggestions were also not just genetic but the fact people with aspergers are unlikely/dont socialise dont have much facial expressions, dont party, dont drink/drugs, dont go sunathing etc.... therefore also preventing a typical ageing process for most people. Off course thats different than having naturally soft young looking facial features but over the years would show differences compared to the normal person.

One thing that is often said is kids with aspergers have angelic type faces etc...I definatley had that haha....until puberty

Another thing is meant to be the eyes?

I can't be the only person that had never heard of this until I joined this forum?
