Infact it was initially spoken about on a call to her on s66tv, she even told me her email address on the phone call to her, again during a live s66tv call. She also quoted me the price. It would have gone further only my call credit ran out. So yes this does have to do with s66 (rammy and db83)

Even if this phonecall didnt happen, it still looks really bad on s66 as a company and their reputation. Thats why I have contacted them. Now I dont want anyone to lose their job or anything, but I want to make them aware of this. They might even have a chat with her.

Also the fact she is having a laugh about me on twitter, and trying to portray me as the bad guy, with no evidence of this whatsoever.
She is in no way trying to sort this out, instead joking about it to her followers and asking them what they think she should do. almost everyone telling her not to pay me back, and telling her to send me granny pants etc.....her replying with laughter!! Her behaviour is atrocious

You have every right to bring this breach of contract to action. All the elements are there, that is, offer, acceptance, consideration etc.

Well it comes as no great surprise that you would come out in support of your favourite channel.

There was a time when i thought the stick you got on here was a bit OTT, but the amount of sickening drivel you post is just annoying now.

This thread isn't about rammy. It's about a bloke who's been conned and ripped off. The guy has been scammed. The authorities need to be made aware of situations like this. So no it doesn't happen again.

also Im not taking sides on this. I understand how upset fragels in this situation and I can see Gina's side of events too where she says she's posted what fragels wanted for his money and it's got lost in the post. also ive said gina is wrong for laughing and joking about this. ive said numerous times that I hope something can be done to sort this out between them. think the only solution now I can see is small claims court as that will allow gina & fragels to put their side of things and the evidence they have to back it up and a judge can decide who is right.

at least if gina gets a letter threatening legal action she may settle with you before it goes to court

^Once again rammy, Gina has no evidence of posting the items, your only going on what she says. I have evidence of my payment I made to her.
Im taking this up with the boss of studio 66, see what he has to say about this since Gina has not been in contact to get this resolved.

Some strange posts here about people giving money away.
1 Even though the pay pig fetish seems odd to me.. hey live and let live
2 Not applicable here. fragels paid for an item.. price is irrelevant to what happened or didn't happen next.
He did not GIVE money to the model. He bought something he didn't receive.
As I said before the odd thing to me is that a swift response would probably have meant the customer paying more over time and made her more money. Silly girl

It is "casino rules" in this business, fellas -- i.e. do not gamble what you cannot afford to lose.

And it IS a gamble. This "one bad apple spoils the barrel" idea is utter nonsense. It is a barrel full of rotten apples and you have to forage for a good one. It is the culture of the business. Oh, I'm sure they all go in as the sweet girl-next-door ... but everything about the glamour modeling / babeshow industry is geared toward squeezing the last dime out of every "customer". If you are lucky enough to have a lifestyle where you don't feel the pain of an £80 loss, then by all means buy all the lingerie and custom videos you want. But things like this will happen. Which is not to say that one should stand idly by and LET it happen. But small claims court? The police? Give me a break. Who among us is willing to even admit to this stuff if they weren't hiding behind the anonymity of a made up name? The whole business is predicated on the assumption that 9 guys out of 10 wouldn't even admit to watching these shows, let alone to spending money on the girls. You have no recourse, other than to name-and-shame.

Casino rules. One shouldn't let it cause any more distress than a responsible gambler feels when he goes over 21. It's just the luck of the draw. If, on the other hand, the loss of £80 causes undue anxiety, then -- I would humbly suggest -- you probably shouldn't be buying used underwear anyway.

Another great post Goodfella, some sound advice their and I'm really liking the sensible gamblers approach (never play with scared money) which is so true.

There's nothing more to say really, either seek legal advice or move on, personally, I'd choose the latter and save myself the hassle.
