Much as i like him i think mourinho will only go where there is a lot of cash to spend so that would rule liverpool out. City would seem likely with mancini probably going to juventus. United I think is his preferred destination I think he'd relish the 'follow that' which ferguson would leave in his wake.

I agree. Mourinho likes to have a big cheque book so I think he'll be going to Man City. Also, I think he's got fed up with Italian football because it lacks humour. Mourinho likes the winding up that goes on in the EPL and feeding lines to the press who know he is larking about but print it anyway. It makes things easier for the press boys.

I'm not so sure about the money issue as regards Mourinho going to Liverpool.......Although Liverpool have two blithering idiots running their club, in fairness to them until recently they've never been slow to put their hands in their pockets for Benitez, in fact in his years at Anfield the Fat Spanish Waiter's had plenty, a lot more than most.

It goes largely unoticed because apart from the obvious (Torres, etc) he's wasted most of it, which is most likely why they are so currently reluctant to hand him any more (along with their ever-climbing debt, of course) I doubt that the debt would be an issue if they could tempt Mourinho though, i'm sure that a sizeable "war chest" would be forthcoming if that was all that was in the way of landing him. Of course it would be nowhere near the size of City's, but not even Abramovich could afford to sit at a card table with them!!

Got the radio on and the spurs fans still think there gonna finish top 4, i was laughing my head off. This has no chance of happening i would love it to be the case but even as a spurs fan no chance in happening i knew from the start of the league lol.

Yeah barring a horrendous fuckup on City's part, or Spurs winning nearly all of the next 5 games which are Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and (Bolton home here but I am ignoring them to show how fucked we are) Manchester City, it could happen, a loss like the one to Pompey can galvanise a team, and I would love Spurs to do it but it seems like in the space of a week our season has fallen apart. Oh and sorry to all Pompey fans but I cannot see you getting even close to winning the FA Cup, Spurs had something like 25 shots altogether, and it was only because of an amazing display by your back two (Rocha was shit at us then plays like that against us the fecker) and James that you were in it (and a shit display by all of our forwards). But with Drogba playing against you I think that if you lose by less than 2 goals it will be some sort of miracle.
