According to GQ the reason why Megan Fox isn't in Transformers 3 is because she called compared Michael bay to Hitler in an interview, Spielberg who himself being jewish found out this told Bay to fire her. From the early review of Transformers 3 its ment to be really good and better then the first two films.

that reason about megan fox not being in transformers:dark of the moon has been around for ages, but now the fuller story is out explaining how spielberg was behind the sacking because of the nazi element.

all the reviews ive seen of it also say the same as the one's youve seen. That it is a lot better than revenge of the fallen and in fact is the best of the 3 live action transformer films. reccomend people try and see the 1986 cartoon transformer movie as well

Also news from the Superman Man of Steel Movie Actress Julia Ormond is in talks to play Jor-El's wife in Zach Snyder's Man of Steel. They seem to getting some good talent for this film so hopefully we'll get a good film.
