Bang weren't breaking the rules, they were standing up for what they believe.

If they were standing up for what they believed they would have challenged Ofcom in the courts...not just ignore them!

Maybe they just didn't want to spend hundreds of thousands fighting a case they knew they'd lose. Just because a court would side with Ofcom (which it would - this is adult entertainment afterall, and when has that ever won in court?) doesn't make their rules fair.

I agree their rules arent fair, but lets not make Bang Media out to be some kind of revolutionaries in this...They havent done anything to stand up for themselves let alone the viewing public. That was my point!
