Who likes going running/jogging then?

Being a sports-person is always good to your health and fitness..
It is a well know matter that all doctors also advice abt it..
So i go for running daily...

I normally go once or sometimes twice a week for a jog in my local park.

I prefer to use the exercise bike rather than go jogging thru the dog shit in the local park.

i run/jog on my treadmill then go on my excercise bike daily

I do a lot of running. Around where I live and on a treadmill, always important to keep in shape! If you have some good music and some good headphones, you won't notice how far you can run! I try to distract my mind as I run, so I'm not just thinking 'shit, I'm gonna be tired soon!' Doing random maths in my mind helps!

I do an hour on the treadmill at my Gym 3 times a week along with some swimming the Gym is 2 minutes walk away from where I live so it's very handy when the weather is good I go for a run in the park

I tend to do my running just after they call last orders at the bar gotta beat the crush.
