It's not really comparable to be fair... one has 29 interlaced movies and an established brand behind it and the other is a random film of a pretty much unknown character in a broken and disjointed series of films only thing black adam had going for it was the rock imagine if he wasn't the star

Henry Cavill now not returning as Superman thanks to James Gunn.

What a thoroughly stupid move, they can't replace the Superman actor just like that, too soon is an understatement.
Honestly, I hope this whole thing flops, Cavill was perfect in the role. He needs to get Bond now as a big old fuck you.

He was supposed to be in Shazam but due to scheduling he couldn’t film his cameo so they used his stunt double. Before he took up The Witcher he was waiting on whether or not he was gonna be back as Superman because do both theses why as soon as he signed on for The Witcher articles came out from Variety and comicbookmovie saying his not superman any more. Then his video statement about being back and his written statement about leaving the role. He even ideas for what he wanted with the character. If someone was done with a role they don’t go back to it.
