I noticed that in the past. When someone is tipping or buzzing a lot, they don't add it to the Tip Goal. The Performer and the Tipper have some agreement that us commoners aren't worth doing tip goals for. Their Big Buzzing Outburst is for other pleasures.
No Point spending at all for Tip Goals since it will ....
1) Defeat the purpose of viewing said Tip Goal which is probably going to be behind the slate.
2) Buzzes and completed Tip Goals are cues for a lot of these privates. Really became frustrating when I'd ask for something for my buzz only for someone to pick that exact moment to go private. The Girls accept them, so it's something that is agreed upon before hand.
3) I've seen quite a few performers complain that it wasn't completed sooner. Really coming across greedy after you've spent your money

I've seen the Lush get mentioned recently. I know it generates money for the Girls, but unless you spend a shit load on buzzes, the Girls view you as counter productive to their goal. I wouldn't be surprised if soon, they just lock the Buzz Toys behind the Paywall. Some have tried in the past, and I've seen a few Buzzers get converted into Paywall Customers

Sorry for the rant. I worked in Retail for a long time, I don't like paying customers getting the shaft

^^ It's a sad thought, but I think you are correct to think that they just want Pay Per Minute customers. Many think that they are so special & dine out on the fact that working for BS & believe it sets them apart, when in reality there are equal & better performers doing way more for much less. I understand they need to earn a living, but many want to offer nothing for free. How often do you see the screen blurred/pixelated with the message I'm in a Naughty Show, press Perv Cam to Spy, only when you do nowt is going on.
