Jim Carrey has officially joined the cast of Kick-Ass 2.

There are rumours of that there will be a directors cut version of The Dark Knight Knight Rises when it comes out on blu ray, also MGM are hoping that Daniel Craig will play Bond at least five more times. This may have been made possible because Sony Pictures has reached a new co-financing deal with MGM to continue making Bond movies. The studio apparently hopes to start making Bond flicks on a two-year cycle, meaning that Bond 24 could hit in 2014 and Universal is currently working on a sequel to Safe House.

Looks like its all but true with Avengers blu ray release, no digital copy or dvd and even some of the extras missing compared to the one in the states, even the directors commentary is missing too. You would have thought with such a big film release that they would have pushed out all the stops on the blu ray release.

They will, when they release it again in time for christmas.

Cheeky bastards if it wasn't for the fact i ordered the steel book one really cheap would have cancelled, Batman Begains/Dark Knight had tons of extras and you can get them as triple plays and i do know that The Dark Knight Rises is coming out as Triple Play with tons of extras of course they'll release at the same time all three in blu ray box set. The Amazing Spiderman on blu ray is coming with loads of extras and digital copy (Ultraviolet). Its down to disney as when they release U.K blu ray's they take everything off, i thought Paramount where gonna do but i read they did some kind of deal with Disney seeing as they own Marvel. If Paramount where doing it like what they did with Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America on blu ray we would have got a better version.

yeah have noticed that with my disney bluray's that i do have that they have pretty much hardly have any extras on them. the only ones that did have decent extras was the tron blurays

as for daniel craig and james bond, he's going to be doing at least 2 more bond films after skyfall is what ive heard

wouldnt surprise me with the avengers that they release it again in a few months with lots of extras. like what paramount did with transformers dark of the moon

As for Bon he'll probably will be in more then two of them unless he gets bored of the role, the Transfomers Dark Of The Moon was a little different as they actually admit they were releasing another one kinda the same with the lord of the rings films and extended cuts so either you bought it or waited, Dark of The Moon was rushed out because they wanted it out by christmas. As long as its Disney release the blu ray and with there track record with blu ray release were stuck with it, but i did hear the region version of the avengers isn't locked but you'll just won't be able to use the digital copy.
They should have let Paramount do it but we know why, as they say money talks lol.

I looked into why the UK release of the Avengers movie comes with almost no extras when compared to the US version, the official excuse is that Joss Wheedons directors commentary was not ready in time for the UK market and therefore it was decided not to bother giving us any extras at all ( until it,s time to fleece us again ).

SHAME ON YOU DISNEY!

Disney do talk bollocks half the time, you would have thought that for such a big film they would have pulled out all the stops. Just smacks of money and laziness.
