The UK is set to get a further bonus with the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron being advanced a day. It is now set for release on April 23rd instead of 24th. The US release date is still May 1st.

It looks like Michael Bay will not be at the helm of Transformers 5 (2016). Rumours abound that instead, directing will be handed to the guy who directed the Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. Hmmm Frying pans and fires spring to mind

Marvel and Sony have announced a partnership that will officially bring Spider-Man into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As a result of the new deal, Thor: Ragnarok will now arrive nearly four months later than planned, moving to November 3, 2017 (from July 28). Black Panther, which previously held that spot, gets delayed eight months, going from that original November 3 date to July 6, 2018. That, in turn, bumps Captain Marvel to November 2, 2018 and moves Inhumans all the way to July 12, 2019. The two-part Avengers: Infinity War, meanwhile, remains set for release May 4, 2018 and May 3, 2019.

fantastic news that sony and marvel have agreed a deal that will see spiderman officially join the marvel cinematic universe. wouldn't surprise me if a last minute post credits scene for avengers age of ultron is filmed that features spiderman to set up his appearance in a mcu film (which looks like being cap america; civil war)

It looks like that Sir Patrick Stewart will be teaming up with Hugh Jackman for Wolverine 3 and Sir Ian McKellen will be returning for X-Men: Apocalypse mostly likely as a cameo i think.

It would be great if the marvel and fox agree the same deal, I have said in the past on this forum that it is in their best interests and would make a shite load of money in doing so also opens up all sorts of stories that they can do.
