I'm one of the over 75s you speak of who have free licenses.

replace the constant BBC self adverts for their own programmes with consumer adverts....save millions in collecting staff/costs...ZERO licence fee the days of the "beeb" are dead and gone, as with newspapers soon. (Independant to stop printing next month)

Too bloody right, the BBC is a complete waste of money.
