Rambo: Last Blood has wrapped up filming and will release on the 20th September 2019.

I found this article to be rather funny, Warner Bros’ chief Kevin Tsujihara blaming Wonder Woman for killing DCEU, really wonder woman killed DCEU, what did kill it was the god awful justice league film and the awful aquaman, both films to cgi heavy, awful scripts, really bad cgi which makes the arrowverse look like avengers infinity war. im done with DC films I might go watch wonder woman and if the trailers for joker and birds of prey look then I might go to watch but everything else.

^^^ read the article properly the Warner Bros chief didn’t say Wonder Woman kill off the DCU it’sSam Ashurst Who wrote the article that said that. Hence why the next part of the article where it’s quoted with him saying

“What Patty Jenkins did on ‘Wonder Woman’ illustrated to us what you could do with these characters who are not Batman and Superman. Obviously, we want to get those two in the right place, and we want strong movies around Batman and Superman. But ‘Aquaman’ is a perfect example of what we can do. They’re each unique and the tone’s different in each movie.”

What his basically saying is they can make strong individual movies and they don’t have to be connected. Point in question Wonder Woman stood on its on its and still referenced the other movies, Aquaman did the same with referencing the other movies before but with being totally connected hence the term DCU and why the article says the Wonder Woman killed the DCU because the films work better as individual movies rather being totally connected. This is what they should have done in the first place then once you establish characters then you do Justice League. All there gonna do in future is make the movies individual stand alone films which reference the other movies as the certain events happened, the up coming Shazam movie is follow suit with what Wonder Woman and Aquaman did rather then being totally connected.
As for CGI you get good and bad a lot of films now personally use too much of it, films like the Back To The Future Trilogy are a perfectly example of hoe they don’t have hardly any CGI in it and the films still hold up.

I thought aquaman was great and i like pretty much all of the dc films im not saying they are perfect but they seem to get a lot of hate for no real reason... yet all marvel films no matter how many plot holes and convenient things that happen get praise, aquaman for me is a better film than the majority of the marvel films.
The main issue the dc films had was the people in charge had no idea and no real plans to start with they just panicked when man of steel didnt make as much money as thought where as marvel had kevin feige in charge who had a well thought out plan

Also people forget that the marvel films didn’t start off perfect either people only look back as far as Iron Man 1, they found the right formula and stuck to it and they’ve hit gold, all tho I am a bit concerned that there a little too samey now, not that am excusing DC but they have made mistakes, hopefully they learn and as super hero fan we all benefit from having great movies from both companies.
