Actor Iko Uwais (The Raid 1 and 2) has been cast as Hard Master in the Snake Eyes G.I. Joe spin off Movie.

Actress Hayley Atwell is joining the cast of Mission Impossible 7.

It’s being reported that Paramount are going to make a reboot of the movie Face/Off.

^ Face/Off was good, I really enjoyed the concept and the character switch, it was well acted too...considering. lol. They could fix the issues with a reboot, like some of the extremely cheesy moments that Travolta and Cage seem to always end up doing, some better dialogue generally and making it a little more realistic, everything else could/should work.

I'd like to see somebody like Fassbender involved, he's had a run of bad luck with films recently, which is a shame, because I rate the guy.

Personally I think Hollywood needs to stop being so fixated on reboots not to say there isn’t a place for them from time to time, I want some original films for a change.

Oh I agree, there have been far too many, also quite a few unofficial sequels being made as well (really shite ones), but if they do it, they should with the intention of improving upon the original and fixing any issues, like making something less cheesy/tacky.

Rebooting to make money at the expense of a classic film is unforgivable though.

The critics crack me up and hence why I don’t take them serious any more and can’t be objective when it comes to reviewing.
Now some critics are down reviewing Joker not necessarily because it’s a bad movie but because it’s violent and people might copy it this is the same excuse they use for video games how many people do you see act out mortal kombat or call of duty. These are same critics that didn’t have issues with any of John Wick movies are people going around acting like him. Why don’t these so called critics that worried about society why aren’t they doing anything about if there so morally concerned. Can’t wait till the critics watch Rambo Last Blood

I too never take critics seriously, when deciding to see a film or not. What you’ve said kal-el is a perfect example of why critics can’t be taken seriously anymore, you can tell a mile off whether or not they’re going to give a negative review or not on tv review shows or online

I’ve read stuff like The Joker should be more fun namely like a Marvel film, others saying his murderous white male, or that people will copy the Joker.
People don’t seem understand that the Joker in the comics is a nasty piece this is the same character that cut off a face of someone and wore it as a mask, or pretty much beat to death the second Robin Jason Todd with a crow and paralysed Batgirl/Barbara Gordon by shooting her in the spine.
People all of sudden have become overly sensitive and too politically correct these days.
