BBC1's very popular music quiz show, The Hit List, hosted by couple Rochelle and Marvin Humes (where the couple that get through to the final round can win £10,000 if they are quick), is to return having been re-commissioned for a third series. They are now looking for new contestants with amazing music knowledge.

If you look on BBC iPlayer(if you are able to access that) and look at their films section you will find loads of old films. My Dad sat and watched Top Hat(Fred Astaire) over Christmas and there are some real classics there too.

RE: British/UK TV Shows - Discussion
Interesting the show that started on BBC2 are moving to prime time BBC1 like Top Gear and now The Repair Shop's next series(or if you like the next block of twenty not seen yet) will also be moving to prime time evening slot for the Spring having done so well in afternoons and a Christmas special last year.
Other shows coming back for second series on BBC1 are the comedy King Gary(not seen this yet) and the Goes Wrong Show which was brilliant and deserves another series after garnering 2 million viewers each Friday evening since Christmas. The Repair Show won the Rose d'or and the Best Daytime programme twice(last year and last month's Broadcast awards) - which must have been a shock to This Morning sorry Phil and Holly, perhaps your days are numbered now

You a fan Rammy?
I've watched every single episode of that show since it started on BBC2, although the later series on DAVE sort of lost their way a bit-probably because they were a young cast when it started. Best episodes 'Gunmen of the Apocalypse' and 'Back To Reality' both of which I've watched dozens of times.
