No, because Ofcom's online role will be to deal with harmful content such as terrorism and child abuse. Deceptive practices will not be within Ofcom's remit and are already covered by trading standards anyway.

Agree, in fact the draft guidelines that were drawn up for regulation of the Adult online industry (uk based) that were due to come in but got persponed literally only covered the levels / type of content and trying to ensure the age restrictions are met. Like @BarrieBF stated trading standards already cover deception but who will complain about an adult web show.

And will trading standards do anything about it then? I think we know the answer to that. No one cares because it's about grubby sad men having a wank. They wouldn't touch it. No authority figure would back such a claim.

I'm grateful to for your definitions nevertheless. They always help illustrate where the point isn't.

Plus, if you honestly think Ofcom and the government intend to stop at the subjects you state then I fear you're sadly mistaken.

Heather and Mr P got court out asking for buzzes when the toy was on the table next to her, as you could just see it, even after she was called out she just hid it behind her as was on tv at the time, then she got Mr P to block the guy who called her out making his posts disappear, not good at all

Doesn't surprise me @winsaw, after the Poppy incident last week I think we're all watching for it more closely now. (Poppys toy for the early part of last Saturday show was Loose in her thong and nearly fell out twice despite saying it was in, but I couldn't cap it) but she did eventually use it once she had to.
Out of interest guys if you want to know how long Heather, Poppy and others have been doing it for go back and look at old clips of the TV segments to, asking for buzzes and unless the toy(s) are invisible they weren't in. Mr P response is always, its deep inside as we can't show it on TV. Poppy was doing it well before being caught on the webshow last week so bet others are as well. Everyone is now just becoming wise to it.

Least there are some honest girls Mia as a good example when she's on TV now toy and no option to buzz it either.

This is exactly why I freeload as much as I possibly can now. Hopefully this is the straw that'll break the Tip Goals & VibeToys back.

This forum is so important, because it highlights who are the best babes are to spend money on, and which ones to avoid.

It'd be great if this information could be promoted on all social media platforms, so that non-forum punters can avoid being scammed too.
