It looks like the next Star Trek movie is set to have 'WandaVisions' Matt Shakman in the directors chair and JJ Abrams on board to produce the as yet untitled movie. It seems that the likelihood is, that Chris Pine will be back as 'Kirk' and Zachary Quinto as Spock, though that's not yet confirmed .
