No, but people who want to make complaints to Ofcom are using the clips here as evidence, that's the point, as checking through this forum to find material to complain about is a lot easier and quicker than watching countless hours and hours of babe channels in the hope of finding something worth complaining about. Taking steps to avoid making material available to the complainers is not pointless, as you claim, but actually a highly sensible step.
Look, what you're saying doesn't mak a lot of sense, admin. The only thing Ofcom require to investigate possible breaches is a written complaint. If what you're suggesting is true, then may I suggest you close this forum immediately - as the channels' continued existance will depend on it. If the visual evidence isn't there for these 'complainers', then the discussions are surely just as powerful. Someone says, "Did you see such and such a girl do such and such a thing?" - and by your own theory that's all that's needed. They don't need a clip to back it up. They have times and dates they can hand over to Ofcom, who in turn will ask the channel in question for the recordings covering that period.
So, as I say, if you have such concerns about people using this forum to gather information and evidence for their complaints, then not only do you need to stop the posting of clips, you need to eliminate 70% of the discussions that take place.

Is there any chance you could tell us which complaints?

And how does someone make a written complaint unless they know there's something to complain about in the first place?
Why don't you go back and read the whole of my post, instead of just the bits you think you need? Then perhaps you'll get your answer.

Many of us did not see the incident (both on TV and posted on here) that Bang Babes had requested to have the clips and screen caps removed.
However there is the ongoing discussion about the incident, the date, the time, the channel, what happened, who was involved. And the fact that Bang Babes have requested that the clips be removed should imply that they are aware that they violated certain aspects of the broadcast code on that night.
Is the natural progression to remove discussion about incidents like this? After all if someone wanted to make a complaint about this incident to ofcom they would have sufficient ammunition to do so without a visual record.
