I think STM sums it up here:

Someone says, "Did you see such and such a girl do such and such a thing?" - and by your own theory that's all that's needed. They don't need a clip to back it up. They have times and dates they can hand over to Ofcom, who in turn will ask the channel in question for the recordings covering that period.
So, as I say, if you have such concerns about people using this forum to gather information and evidence for their complaints, then not only do you need to stop the posting of clips, you need to eliminate 70% of the discussions that take place.

Christ almighty, not only did Admin choose to miss this very point (made in my last post), but you missed it too, vostok. Come on, people!
[edit] So sorry, Vostok, I'd posted the above before I saw your last post.

Unfortunately the information I have was given to me in confidence by the channels and I'm therefore unable to tell you what the complaints are or which channels they are about. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
No problem, fully understand.

As far as I'm aware, we have only been asked to remove one such discussion so far, which was a request we carried out for the channel concerned. It is of course possible that we will receive further requests of this kind.
It's ridiculous. Insisting on the removal of clips and caps is fair enough, as they can get you on infrigment of copyright if they so choose. Where they stand, legally, in demanding we don't discuss their channels is another thing all together - re-arrange these words 'leg, stand, not, a, to, on'
You should tell them to go fuck themselves. I can't believe you've started removing discussions at their request. Tell me, what legal right do they have to demand that their channel is not discussed?
