Yep, they're getting pretty desperate for air-space now, aren't they? But what amazes me most is not that they've abandoned the fans of ChatGirl TV (and there were some nice girls on there with plenty of admirers - and callers!) but the jaw-dropping levels of loop-holing going on:
Ofcom ban TeaseMe, etc, on the basis that it's far too naughty (I'm not quoting), but the exact same material on another, unbanned channel in the EPG is just fine? Don't get.
Actually, now they're playing it tame anyway (and quite rightly), I felt that one channel of BangBabes was quite enough. Let the new heresy begin here...

I know I am going to miss chatgirl tv just for Lauren if its right that it was the day shows that got the 2 channels shut down like you I dont get it as all the other channels day shows are the same it does sort of look like ofcom got a new power and wanted to make an example of the first channel to break the rules

First of all it was an injustice in the first place that Bangbabes had their licence revoked but it is a cruel and unfair world we live in and equally it was wrong of them just to hijack another channel which obviously had built up a fan base and I'm just wondering if that means that it's now RIP to Chatgirl Tv. But ultimately like it or not but Chatgirl Tv was a small fish competing in a big pond and Bangbabes clearly had the money and slyness to see a loophole in the system but it's ofcom you should really blame for this.

Yeah blame ofcom for having to punish 60 rule breaks, jeez how many times does that need to be said

Yes well the babe channels just so happen to be situated in the adult section of the epg so can easily be switched on or off and lets be honest ofcom have had it in for bangbabes since day one. If bangbabes did break 60 rules then so did practically the rest of the channels. I blame ofcom because they haven't exercised punishment fairly. Ofcom consistently persecuted Bangbabes and also just for the record 948 used to also be a Bangbabes slot anyway so I suppose you could say it was allways their channel, who's to say that Chatgirl Tv wasn't just renting that channel in the first place from Bangbabes and they've had no choice but to take it back since they've lost 912 and 959. My sympathies do however go out to the models that have perhaps lost their jobs but if ofcom hadn't hounded Bangbabes in the first place then this situation would have never come up. Ofcom need to be abolished pure and simple.

You seem to brush past all the daytime rule breaks and continually go on about where bang is on SKY epg and how you can block them (something you cant do on freeview) Have you even read what half the rule breaks was in relation to?

And yes I have read it and what my point is which still stands is it's not just bangbabes who have breached these rules I mean you only need to look at the slip of day thread and it pretty much backs up my point. On the subject of freeview box's well I've said it before that all new freeview box's should be fitted with a parental control device.

What does make me laugh about this whole thing as well is the amount of times I read through the bang babes/pad sections saying how much more tame all the other shows are compared to bang/pad. they say tame the other channels would say complying with broadcast regulations.
