Precisley. It really doesn't get any more complicated than that.

RE: New Ofcom Rules
Lets be honest the shows on the UK Babe Channels have never really been all that explicit even when we had the likes of Babestar TV broadcasting, I feel right now that anything that has been suggested on this forum isn't going to happen, at £1.53 a minute and the cash rolling in all the channels are making a tidy little profit, I do believe that if the calls overnight started to dry up then the channels would seriously need to look at the situation, but for the life of me I don't understand why all the channel don't just get an oversea's licence as yes it's probably a lot more expensive than a UK one but surely the pro's outweigh the con's with Babestation now extending their market to the likes of Germany with Babestation 24 on Astra 1. And as for sex on the screen on a live show, why the hell not, it would certainly generate more calls and interest in the dwindling market with the dark clouds currently hanging over the shows with Big Brother (AKA Ofcom) watching every move. 2011 FFS it's high time we got a show worthy of an Adult Channel rather than this censored shit we've become accustomed to since the dawn of the Babe Channel era.

Either way, I can't believe that this is a new rule! It's just too ridiculous to imagine. So basically 2-4-1's are now banned. Great
I wish people would stop calling in so much, then maybe the channels would try to face Ofcom at the same time.
I had a crazy thought earlier, but do any of you think that certain women are meeting up with their callers in an attempt to keep them calling? I mean the people who call all the time and have a favorite babe, not the random callers. I've heard some of the women do this, but I never heard which ones. Anyone have any idea? Maybe that's why the calls keep coming in, because the women are hooking up at times with their best customers, the ones who stay on the phone the longest and call the most.
I think this is indeed true. Just refer to the recent thread "Meeting the girls" I am sure that Rammy could supply you with further details if you ask him nicely. I have also heard that regular callers are also allowed to go the studios and shag the girls just off screen while they are taking calls. I am sure that you have noticed this and posted reference to it on this and other forums.
So in your opinion it's impossible that any of the women have met up with their best callers? That's what you're saying?
Also, when did I ever say that women were being shagged while on their calls? The only channel that has anything close to this is the unmentionable channel.

agree but in my own opinion ,i reckon these channels are not in the slightest bit worried ,the way things are it wouldnt bother me if they all ceased to exist, because they are all rubbish, just when you think things are picking up, our hopes are short lived , ofcom or not these channels dont deserve to be called adult entertainment

RE: New Ofcom Rules
"Scottishbloke" , it was posted on this forum that channels have to satisfy a certain criteria in order to use a non UK licence , one major sticking point is that a channel using a foreign licence but broadcasting in the UK has to be based in the country that Licence it uses , a direct Ofcom quote was posted on this forum by some one were Ofcom stated that Babestation is based in the Netherlands so uses a non UK licence , in order for other company's to use a non Ofcom licence their head quarters would have to be in the country of which licence it wanted to use , this probably would not be convenient or economically viable for some of the babe channels . On another point i don't think a overseas licence will be more expensive than a UK licence , i would think they are about the same , Babesation will probably pay about the same for a licence from the country of its origin as a Uk based company will pay for their Ofcom licence . Some one once asked why Babestation doesn't have a UK licence , the answer could be that seeing as Ofcom state they are a Dutch based company they probably don't fit the criteria for being granted a UK licence in the same way that Uk company's don't fit the criteria in order to be granted a overseas licence .
Having said all that Company's such has Playboy and TVX also i believe have branches of their respective company's based in Europe , so should be able to use their non Ofcom licence's that they use to broadcast in Europe to broadcast in the UK in the same way that BS does , this overseas licence would then allow channels such as Elite who are currently using channels licenced to TVX and RLC using Playboy channels to operate with out having the fear of massive fines or getting their licence revoked and they would not be hounded to hell and back by Ofcom , but the question still is why don't they ?
Life is short . Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile .
