Thnx Sooky, it wasn't ticked so have done now. Guess the admin msgs were ok as not from another user.

Is there anyway that a closed "sticky" on the "will she/won't she" issue could be posted?

A lot of people seem to get upset that this "debate" rages on, but it wasn't until I read Smc's post yesterday saying that Paige has no intention to show her nipples that I realised the pointlessness of this whole issue.

The Paige posse have continued to state "She shouldn't be pressured into doing something that she doesn't want to, my imagination is active enough that I don't need to see nipples, she brings in more money than anyone else, it is a business, she will show them when she is ready, HELLO! Didn't you watch last night? She was totally topless.", which has strung out this debate just as much as the other side who continue to say that Paige shouldn't be exempt from the exposure that other night time Girls work under and Cellcast who post onscreen blurbs saying "call now to make Paige strip."

I guess what I am saying is that if people actually knew that there is no point in commenting, then perhaps this whole thing could die a natural death?

Cellcast don't help with is but they take no notice of this forum anyway and will probably continue putting onscreen messages of the kind you refer to and more fool the people who fall for it.

Some weeks ago I was informed by a reliable source that Cellcast do monitor this forum.

Whether or not they take any notice of what is said is another matter.

I sympathise, misterG. I've had a couple of posts deleted in the past, but as you say the annoying aspect is that no explantion is ever given. You make a post, come back a few hours later or next day, and BAM! it's gone! How are people who make these posts (perfectly innocently most of the time) expected to react when they find a post of theirs missing? Admin, is it really too much to ask for a polite explanation when a post gets deleted or moved, instead of leaving the user in complete darkness?

Stan, I've had this problem myself. When I've queried where my posts have gone I've usually had no response. However, the one mod who had the courtesy to reply was smc who admitted that yes, it was in fact too much to ask to expect an explanation as to why posts are deleted.

It's an amateurish response but at the end of the day this forum is run by unpaid and untrained amateurs, so perhaps we shouldn't expect too much.

However, in my opinion it's not the forum moderators' job to shape the debate. Far from it. They are here to curtail abuse and to manage copyright complaints. That's it.

If a debate about Paige's reluctance to bare her breasts rages on for a decade then so be it - those who want to take part will, those that don't can simply skip the thread. The mere fact that the debate continues is, by definition, proof that there is continuing interest in it.

By censoring posts because they think they're 'boring', mods alienate people and make themselves look like they're on a power trip.

I've had posts that are critical of Cellcast's shabby practices (in my opinion) deleted within a couple of hours of posting. Again, unless this forum is being financed by Cellcast then it's not anyone's place to censor such criticism.

If this forum is being financed by Cellcast then please tell us now.

I think its funny when posts get deleted when we really diss a girl. Ive had it, and hated it when it happens to a girl i like, but isnt it the only way we can trully see whats popular? Im a little annoyed that this forum is so inextricably linked with the channels, so our posts are edited all the time. Im on another forum too, and people say and post what they like, even copyrighted stuff, i love it! But i wont leave this, its part of my life now! cheers guys, and the mods do a great job, but they SHOULD be paid!!!

The censoring/deletion of posts because they critisize a channel/babe is absolutey unforgivable. Okay, so I wouldn't be missed, but it's a practice I wouldn't tolerate being the victim of too many times.

This will be my only reply to this thread.
It is easier to remove one or two posts that critisize a channel/babe, than it is to remove full forums/threads when the channels involved decide to revoke the permission this forum has to post their copyrighted content.
