Texting the chat lounge???

Rachel will give you a decent reply to a decent comment or question. There is a strict limit on the amount of characters that she can use in a reply.

She often can't give a shout for sometime after receiving a text because she has a lot of time on the phone, and other people may have sent texts in, and be waiting in a queue. I have had to wait for over three hours for a reply because she has been so busy on the phone, and if that's the case she can't give a shout to everybody, if anybody.

If you can only text in the mornings you could have a long wait to get through to her because I think that her next 2 shifts are probably Friday and Saturday afternoon. Be prepared to wait even to see her. Patience is a virtue!!

But she's worth it.
