RE: Bang media licence revoked
I don't see why we're slagging Bangbabes off, for breaking a few rules, rules are made to be broken, especially when the implemented by an un elected authority, who make up their own rules as they go along.
I for one, am behind Bangbabes all the way a loved the way the shows were progressing, I hope when they fully return to our screens they continue to break down the barriers and entertain us as they have been.

I'm not slagging anybody off. I'm stating a fact that Bang Media have broken rules. Thats all I've said, nothing that isn't true. Rolleyes

as I said before you are excusing the girls in this its not bang telling them to do this stuff there is blame here on all sides bang should have not showed the stuff I mean that is why the shows run on a delay so they can take out stuff that is not suitable for a time of day

RE: Bang media licence revoked
I've never blamed any of the girls in all this, they are simply doing what they're told to do by the producers. I suppose the girls use their own imagination too, but its the producers who have the decision what to show. Bang Media's producers are totally accountable. Yes Ofcom are throwing their weight around, but don't they always? As we said earlier if you give Ofcom an excuse or a reason to get involved they will, and Bang did that. They didn't take the warnings and thats why the licence has gone.

But as I've said, it doesn't seem to matter that they do lose the licence, they still have enough influence to be able to take over another channel at the stroke of a pen... and that kind of power shouldn't be allowed.

just go to your local corner shop and you can see lot harder content on display where children can look. surely whats being shown tv is alot tamer than that.

Except Jemma Jay said in another post that Lollypopgate was because they were filming harder content for the webstream and someone put the wrong camera feed out on Sky.

If thats true then it was completely unfair to blame and suspend both babes for 2 months because no blame should attach the them. But (if true) devious and chisseling management chose to blame the babes, rather than admit to Ofcom that they also had a stronger private webstream and someone on the production side pressed the wrong button. Perhaps they thought Ofcom would insist on stronger technical controls or even completely separating soft and hard production.

Cant comment about more recent incidents.

Quote:like I said bang should take some blame with a delay like everyone of the shows has there is no reason anything should get past but the girls have to take some blame they also know the rules just look at amanda most of bang ofcom trouble came from her shows when she worked there dont get me wrong I am not attack any babe I am just saying there is blame on all sides here

Amanda does seem to be a repeat offender doesnt she? But she said elsewhere she was compliant for 6 years without trouble. (6 years?!). So is she pushing boundaries because she is being asked to?

At the end of the day, the production side have control. If a performer is out of control and deliberately trying to flash when management dont want them to, trying to catch the camera out, management should deal with it.

If the performer is encouraged to create the impression of flashing, poking, etc, then the production team need to work out an advance warning system so the cameraman can pull the camera away at just the right moment.

Bang are at fault, they knew flashes and anal detail were banned.
They knew the rules for daytime content.
Their defences have been inadequate and poorly argued.
They didnt even bother contesting some complaints or supply recordings.

Ofcom are at fault. They have been harder on Bang than other channels for the same content (example: anal detail and thongs, AM shows).
They have treated minor incidents as major ones.
They have demanded large volumes of content be retrieved, reviewed and commented on in too little time.
They have treated the same thing continuing as "repeat offences" when vague rules mean they thought they were legal.
They have singled Bang out for systematic monitoring while ignoring similar material on other channels.

Have Bang got away with it by throwing money at the problem and buying other channels? Not sure, but they seem to have gone from being Owners to Renters, and thats not a good thing. If the babe market expands Playboy can kick them out.

Or watch sexcetera. Fanny, dick, penetration (pixellated), wax, S&M. And thats on a general channel below BBC3 or ITV2.
And big national supermarket chains have torture porn like Hostel and SAW on shelves at child height. Nb. the BBFC rates covers as well as content. The cover of a SAW series DVD might not be cert 18, but its probably not suitable for a 10 year old either.

they dont need an advance warning system as the tv picture is on an delay it always has been all the shows are for one reason to stop slips and the like getting on tv for me this is were bang are to blame they had the tech to stop all of this stuff airing and did nothing
