I for one, am behind Bangbabes all the way a loved the way the shows were progressing, I hope when they fully return to our screens they continue to break down the barriers and entertain us as they have been.

That's the best post on this subject I've seen so far, and I echo it entirley!!

Bang weren't breaking the rules, they were standing up for what they believe.

If they were standing up for what they believed they would have challenged Ofcom in the courts...not just ignore them!

Maybe they just didn't want to spend hundreds of thousands fighting a case they knew they'd lose. Just because a court would side with Ofcom (which it would - this is adult entertainment afterall, and when has that ever won in court?) doesn't make their rules fair.

Getting their licence revoked and having to pay whopping fines is making money, how? Or are you talking about Ofcom?

I agree their rules arent fair, but lets not make Bang Media out to be some kind of revolutionaries in this...They havent done anything to stand up for themselves let alone the viewing public. That was my point!

but does anyone know how long it will take for the shows to return to their original strength considering how a majority of the so called breaches happened during the day shows why should this affect nighttime content

im always open to positive change

Having their licence revoked was simply due to being on a money making quest, the stronger the content of the channel the higher the revenue, it’s just business nothing else.

RE: Bang media licence revoked
well from what I have read from here it was revoked for promoting adult stuff on daytime shows so if its a money making quest they are all guilty of it as for when they come back full time that depends if there is an appeal process fact is if there is and bang lose then there is zero chance of them getting the shows back unless its under new management
