Ofcom has zero to do with telephone calls, it is not their domain. Telephone conversations are regulated by PPP (Pay Phone Plus) and are separate to graphic breaches Ofcom ruling is implying. PPP conduct their own investigations and deal with breaches by potentially disabling the numbers and/or fining the channels.

So if we are only talking about the TV pictures, its even more crazy. Back in the 70's & 80's when I was a boy there was 'Hot Gossip' on the 'Kenny Everett Show', and 'Hills Angels' on the 'Benny Hill show'. It was far more suggestive than you see on the Pad and that was on at 8pm.

They claim it's to protect children and we grew up watchin that stuff. Never did us any harm did it? Maybe best not to answer that lol.

It's just more nanny state. I think a more liberal attitude to sex would be much healthier for children than the prudish one we've grown up with in the UK. I mean, is it really that healthy for some of us to be sneaking around behind partners backs watching this stuff or would it be better to have a more open attitude rather than a guilt that surrounds porn and the adult industry?
