The winning city is to be announced at 7pm on the One Show by Graham Norton.

It's rumoured that Glasgow has won.

Rumours were wrong. Liverpool got the nod.
So it's going to be Lviverpool with their Ukrainian based contest.

In next years Eurovision there won't be a voting jury in the semi finals only the audience will decide
