Update according Greg Berlanti his claiming that character Savitar hasn't been cast yet whether or not this is true or not we'll find out in the up and comings weeks and months to season 3.

The suited flash seen in the comic con trailer could possibly be the DC character The Rival who was a speedster villain to the Jay Garrick Flash.

Season 3 will be lighter in tone compared to season 2 and will be more in tone with season 1.
